Breakfast buffet
7:30 AM – 10 AM
The aroma of freshly baked bread and coffee tickles your nose, while early rays of sunshine soak the room in warm colors. A colorful selection of local sausage and cheese specialties, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, egg dishes, yogurt, muesli, cakes, energy-infused fruit juices, as well as various teas and Prosecco guarantee a scrumptious start to your day.
Afternoon snack
2 PM – 4 PM
Would you like a little refreshment in between? A healthy, hearty snack, a hot dish that changes daily, and sweet treats provide an energy boost in the afternoon.
Dinner menu
6:30 PM – 8 PM
In the evening, our kitchen team will spoil you with seasonal culinary delicacies, which we serve as lovingly prepared multi-course menus.
In order to cater to your individual wishes, allergies, and intolerances when we are preparing the meals, we ask you to share your dietary preferences and requirements when you book your room. We will gladly consider your wishes and prepare delicious alternatives for you. However, we do not offer vegan dishes. Please note that additional costs may be incurred.

From our own farm
We source our food from our own farm to ensure that you taste the best our region offers. The ethical treatment and natural feeding of our Tiroler Steinschafe (Tyrolean rock sheep) contribute to the health of the animals. They also give the resulting products, such as our tender lamb dishes, hearty lamb ragout, or delicious lamb prosciutto, its exceptional flavor. Enjoy a culinary selection that combines the diversity of the Ötztal region and well-known classic dishes for a truly unique experience.
