The Tiroler Steinschaf
Our hotel philosophy is inspired by the Tiroler Steinschaf (Tyrolean rock sheep). It is our symbol for authenticity, sustainability, and traditional craftsmanship and can be seen in all areas of our hotel. From the hay and sheep’s wool beds in our wellness area to the scrumptious delicacies from our own farm.
